A VoiceThread is a collaborative slide show that allows people to leave comments. You will be using a VoiceThread to share your initial research with the rest of the class. Follow these instruction to join the class VoiceThread:
Do some quick online investigating about the global environmental issues mentioned on the various VoiceThread slides. Select what you think is the most interesting information and record a comment using Audacity - a free recording tool which you need to download to your laptop. Once you have done this, save your comment as an MP3 file and upload it to the VoiceThread slide.

At this stage, you are simply finding out about what is involved with some of the Global Environmental Issues. As you listen to the comments of others, start thinking about what you would like to research.
- Go to VoiceThread and make a free account
- Go to the Daymap page for this class. Your teacher has shared a link with you to join the class Voicethread. Click on this link. You will have to login to VoiceThread again
- Click 'Join Group' (Blue button in the centre of the page)
